Welcome to the Ridgewood Pier Owners Association website (RPOA). Our members are afforded access to our private pier located on the 4500 block of North Lake Blvd as well as weekly buoy rentals.

 

Our association differs from others as we do not operate as a Home Owners Association, nor are we ruled by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R).

 

Based on membership voting and Bylaws, our relatively small association is capped at 51 member households. We currently have a waiting list for those families who wish to join.
